Cancellation Policy
By booking a coaching session with Magnolia Dreams Coaching, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment All fees are due in full at the time of booking to reserve your session. Your payment secures your appointment time and allows us to prepare a personalized experience for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. If your session is booked less than 24 hours in advance, you must cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled time to receive a refund or reschedule. No-shows or missed appointments without appropriate notice will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit, and a new booking will be required to reschedule. Refund Policy Deposits and session fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside of the specified timeframes. We understand that life happens! One courtesy reschedule may be granted if you reach out within the cancellation window. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
