About

Liz is dynamic educator and facilitator with over 14 years of experience in teaching, training, and coaching diverse learners. She is a collaborative leader with a passion for unique learning opportunities focused on B2B relationships, community engagement, crisis management, and educational equity. She has documented strengths in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced settings and is adept at designing and delivering engaging educational content and training  tailored for all learners,


She holds a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology from LSU and a Master’s in Leadership with a Life Coaching Certificate from Grand Canyon University and Leadership Certificate through the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI) at Harvard University. Liz has served as VP of Communications for the Junior League of Baltimore and is the founder and CEO of Simple Little Publishings LLC and Magnolia Dreams Coaching. 


As an active-duty military spouse and mother of four, Liz is well versed in nimble work environments with a deep commitment to supporting women, military families, and groups to help them thrive wherever they are planted. She is a five-time published author, singer, songwriter, director, and playwright whose work has spanned film and stage. 


Liz uses the arts as a vehicle for social change to provide immersive and unique coaching experiences. Through her work in publishing, performance, and advocacy, Liz is dedicated to empowering communities with sustainable wellness-focused tools that educate, inspire, and uplift.
